We build what the city stands on.

Sidewalks, ADA ramps, slipform curb, storm drain and wet utilities for Arizona cities, towns and prime contractors. Our own crews, our own equipment, on schedule.

Who we are

A partner, not just a sub

UUCON stands for Underground Utilities and Concrete. We started in 2012 as Williamson Development, doing site prep for residential building, and in 2018 moved into horizontal construction: grading, wet utilities and concrete. We run every job the same way: plan ahead, communicate clearly, and stay calm when things change.

We work for cities, towns, irrigation districts and prime contractors, including job order contracts where fast response matters. You get one project manager from the first call to closeout, and self-contained crews that can run several job orders at once.

GenerousWe are creating a company where there is more than enough to go around. Knowledge gets shared, credit gets given freely, and every crew, partner and community we touch is better off for having worked with us.
BalanceWe are creating a company where people build a great career and a full life at the same time. Family, health and rest come first, and the work is planned around what matters most, not the other way around.
UnifyingWe are creating one crew out of every background, language and story. Here, people serve each other, look out for one another and know without a doubt that they come first.
